Support Worker £14.20-£16.00 per hour Aylesbury Role Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to children, young people, and adults with neurodiversity, autism, and learning disabilities in a variety of settings, including residential homes, schools, and community-based services, with consistent weekly hours available for a Support Worker job in the Buckinghamshire area. Key Responsibilities As a Support Worker, you will deliver person-centred support, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling, independent lives, utilising your skills and experience to make a positive impact. Your duties may include supporting with daily living tasks and personal care, promoting independence and life skills, encouraging participation in activities, education, and hobbies, implementing and following individual support plans, and working collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
