This new full-time (1.0FTE) post is available immediately on a permanent basis. We will consider part-time and job-sharing options.

This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus (Exeter or Cornwall) and some from home.

Summary of the role

This role is part of a new team within Research Services at the University, which provides support to academics across their project lifecycles. As Project Administrator, you will work alongside our Project Managers and co-ordinators on a wide range of internal and externally-funded projects, across our three faculties.

The role holder will provide essential organisational support for projects, such as coordinating communications, monitoring timelines/deadlines, providing financial admin and reports, arranging events and meetings, organising travel as required.
