They are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join an ongoing engagement, taking ownership across key workstreams and acting as the SME for Employee Central Payroll.This role requires strong advisory capability, cross-team leadership, and deep experience across the systems development lifecycle and application lifecycle management.Responsibilities include:Leading work across the full Systems Development LifecycleProviding expert advisory input to the internal IT functionConducting assessments of current systems and identifying areas of improvementFacilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and aligning stakeholdersDeveloping and presenting strategic recommendationsSupporting and mentoring junior colleagues to drive best practiceProviding cross-team solutions and contributing to major decision-makingKey Skills:Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)Master proficiency in Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Strong proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)Experience influencing and collaborating across multiple teamsStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to support a high-impact utilities transformation, delivering key technology and process improvements within a large enterprise environment.To discuss this role or register interest, please apply or get in touch directly (harry@paritasrecruitment.com).
