The Role
This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Employment Associate/Senior Associate to join the thriving Employment practice in their thriving Leeds office. You'll play a key role in advising on complex, high-stakes issues while contributing to the department's continued growth.
Working alongside senior members and their L500 recognised Partner, you will work on a mixed sectors of work including commercial, health (both private and NHS); education and government bodies.
You'll deal with a wide range of employment law matters-from day-to-day HR and advisory support to involvement in complex strategic projects, high-value tribunal claims, TUPE transfers, collective employment issues, and more.
About You
We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented solicitor who thrives in a collaborative, intellectually stimulating environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 2-5 years of PQE as a qualified solicitor (UK qualification).
* A proactive approach to developing client relationships and industry networks.
* Excellent organisational skills and a passion for tackling challenging legal work.
