Role Description
We are seeking a Property Solicitor or CILEX professional to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role based in the Greater Leeds Area. Responsibilities include providing expert legal advice and representation in matters related to conveyancing, commercial and residential property transactions, and associated legal documentation. The role also encompasses client management, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and firm protocols.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Law and Conveyancing, with the ability to handle property-related legal transactions efficiently
* Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate laws and practices
* Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law as applicable to property transactions and contracts
* Experience in handling other legal domains such as Family Law
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-domain teams
* Membership with relevant legal professional bodies or qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
* Prior experience in a similar role, especially in a commercial setting, is highly beneficial
