Screening and qualifying candidates
Updating candidate records and databases
Managing multiple tasks and vacancies at once
Supporting recruiters with sourcing suitable candidates
Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Good typing and IT skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Confident speaking with people over the phone
Professional and organised approach
Previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
