Job Description:

Albion Rye Associates are proud to represent one of the most exciting and strategic healthcare-focused market research consultancies globally as they look to recruit an Associate Director of Quantitative Healthcare Market Research.

This is a very special role and opportunity for an ambitious market research professional who would develop a strategic framework on integrating quantitative and qualitative research to offer comprehensive market insights. The role involves leading the integration of advanced quantitative techniques such as segmentation analysis, conjoint analysis, and other predictive modeling approaches, as well as training and mentoring colleagues to strengthen the company's quantitative research capabilities.

Our client specializes in providing strategic insights to global pharmaceutical companies, offering a full range of market research services and consulting support. They collaborate closely with pharmaceutical strategic insights teams, acting as an extension to deliver high-quality, actionable insights. Their expertise covers various therapeutic areas, supporting five of the top ten global pharmaceutical companies and several biotech firms.

The Associate Director of Quantitative Research will support projects and improve their quantitative research approach, ensuring methodologies are robust, high-quality, client-focused, and scalable. This role is ideal for an experienced quantitative researcher passionate about data-driven insights, with a deep understanding of market research methodologies, thriving in a dynamic, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as a hands-on leader for quantitative research projects, initially focusing on global tracking studies.
* Develop surveys that effectively capture insights aligned with client objectives.
* Oversee project setup and methodology, collaborating with third-party vendors for survey programming and design.
* Ensure data quality by supervising project teams and/or third-party vendors in activities such as data cleaning, processing, analysis, interpretation, story building, visualization, and reporting.
