🏡 Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant – Redditch (Full-Time, Permanent)
We’re looking for a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join a busy, well-established Conveyancing team in Redditch.
You’ll support fee-earners with residential property transactions and play a key role in keeping files and clients moving smoothly.
đź’Ľ Key Responsibilities
* Assist fee-earners with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
* Prepare legal documents, forms and client correspondence
* Manage files, diaries, key dates and case progression
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
* Carry out AML checks, onboarding and compliance tasks
* Help with searches, contract packs and post-completion work
👤 Ideal Experience
* Background as a Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary / Admin in Residential Conveyancing
* Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident using case management systems and MS Office
* Professional, client-focused communication style
* Able to manage a busy workload in a team environment
