We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor to leadership — driving growth, innovation, and cultural transformation.

What You'll Do:
* Partner with leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business growth
* Build talent pipelines and enable leadership capability
* Champion employee experience through engagement, wellbeing and culture
* Navigate complex employee relations and drive risk management
* Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact
* Shape recruitment strategies that attract diverse, high-performing talent
* Deliver HR learning interventions to upskill leaders
* Continuously improve HR processes with an agile mindset
Requirements
What You'll Bring:
* 5+ years' experience in a commercially focused HR role
* Strong expertise in employee engagement, talent, and succession planning
* Proven ability in complex ER case management (disciplinary, dismissal, tribunal)
* Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
* Commercial acumen and analytical skills to turn insights into action
* Confident communicator and influencer at senior levels
* Passion for driving change and building culture
