The Role
* Overseeing a team of 6 Engineers, including Apprentices, with a focus on training, coaching and developing them.
* Planning maintenance schedules, leading reliability projects and reducing downtime within a busy production site.
* Fully funded qualifications to become multi-skilled.
* Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.
