Job Title: Bank Receptionist and Administrator
We are seeking a compassionate and efficient Bank Receptionist and Administrator to join our team at Leeds Nuffield Hospital. In this role, you will:
1. Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships with patients and visitors.
2. Answer phones, handle enquiries, and book appointments.
3. Welcome patients in person and direct them to the appropriate changing or waiting areas.
4. Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
5. Prepare clinical paperwork, referral forms, charge sheets, and terms and conditions.
This position is on a bank basis, meaning you work on an ad-hoc schedule that suits the needs of the hospital and your availability.
Candidate Requirements
Successful candidates will have excellent communication, IT, and keyboard skills. You should be able to explain sensitive or complex information clearly, sympathetically, and understandably. Experience in healthcare administration or reception is preferred.
