We are looking for an experienced Commercial Operations Manager to lead the financial and strategic management of our client projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for tendering, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful commercial delivery of projects. Develop pricing models and conduct thorough margin analyses to enhance revenue streams. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers. Mentor and lead the management team, fostering a high-performance culture and achieving set goals. Work closely with finance, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of commercial initiatives across all departments. Manage the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Identify potential risks in commercial operations and develop mitigation strategies. Assist the Managing Director by taking on various responsibilities, including strategic planning, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement.
