About you
* Are a registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions
* Have a caring nature with a personal approach
* Proven ability to lead by example, motivate, and delegate effectively
* Adopt a coaching style leadership to empower colleagues
* Possess good communication and relationship-building skills
* Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice
