We have partnered with a high-growth, digital-first consumer brand that's redefining health and wellbeing. With a focus on quality, innovation, and community, they've built a loyal following and standout product range. They are looking to hire a numbers-first, commercially sharp Growth analyst to be the analytical powerhouse of the growth team.
What you'll be doing:-
Working alongside the Head of Growth you'll be responsible for
* Forecasting trading performance across a range of categories.
* Building cohort models, payback models, and retention simulations
from scratch — not just tweaking dashboards.
* Forecasting different growth scenarios and making the trade-offs clear
* Turning noise into insight — then turning insight into action for the wider team
* Establishing where LTV is being created or lost across brand, product type and customer cohorts.
* Simulating revenue and margin impact from changing subscription offers, pricing, or discounts.
* Supporting investment decisions by modelling short and long-term payback across customer segments.
What we are looking for:-
* 3-5 years experience ideally with a Consulting or IB background AND prior exposure to a Commercial role within a scaling business.
* Analytically intense and independent
– this is not a BI support role; we need someone who builds the models themselves and can answer complex commercial questions from scratch. Fluent in Excel/Sheets (you can build a cohort model or contribution margin tool in your sleep); SQL is a bonus.
* Commercially aware with a bias for action
– understands how revenue, margin, CAC, and LTV tie into the P&L and can translate insights into business impact.
* Comfortable moving fast – you'll be supporting high-velocity decisions and growth bets.
