Job description:
Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Mansfield area to find a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Match, batch and code a high volume of purchase invoices on a weekly basis
2. Manually input invoices on to the system
3. Process weekly BACS payment run
4. Reconcile supplier statements
5. Resolve purchase ledger queries
6. Manage complicated utilies accounts
The ideal candidate will:
7. Have experience in purchase ledger
8. Be able to pick things up quickly
9. Possess good Excel skills
