Our busy Manufacturing client are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their busy and fast-paced customer support team. Location: Dungannon Area Type: Full-Time | Office Based This role is ideal for an organised, customer-focused individual who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Working closely with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of customer support at all times. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to a global customer base. Process customer orders, returns, and service requests accurately and efficiently. Manage customer enquiries relating to pricing, product availability, and order status. Monitor open orders and proactively follow up on outstanding items. Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate records within company systems. Participate in customer service reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with customers through professional and timely communication. Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service, customer support, or office administration environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional telephone manner and strong listening skills. Desirable Experience within a busy office, service, or call centre environment. Previous experience using CRM, ERP, or customer management systems.
