You'll be wondering what's in it for you as the Head Chef £50,000 to £55,000 package Working 48 hours per week Opportunity to work with high-quality, whole-animal butchery Freedom to create weekly specials and contribute to seasonal menus Supportive and hands-on ownership with a real passion for food Responsibilities as the Head Chef Leading and managing all aspects of the kitchen, including GP, ordering, KPIs, and supplier relationships Creating seasonal dishes based on the best available local produce Overseeing the butchery of whole animals and ensuring waste is minimised Delivering consistently high food standards in line with the gastropub's 1 Rosette status Developing and mentoring the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service Designing and managing weekly specials to keep the menu fresh and exciting This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Chef looking to take ownership of a high-quality kitchen with a real focus on seasonality and provenance.
