POSITION SUMMARY

As an Office & Commercial Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting executive leadership, and ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations. Partnering closely with the Managing Director and UK Senior Leadership Team, you’ll help shape and execute key business priorities while fostering an efficient, collaborative, and engaging workplace.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and manage strategic and commercially important UK projects from planning through execution and completion.
2. Partner with UK Senior Leadership to develop and implement short- and long-term strategic initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.
3. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and remove cross-functional barriers.
4. Manage key commercial initiatives, including member fee updates, Chair pay changes, retention programs, and strategic relationship projects.
5. Provide reporting, analysis, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of initiatives.
6. Provide executive support to the Managing Director, including calendar management, prioritization, travel coordination, and preparation of presentations and reports.
7. Prepare and format Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations, including charts and data visualizations.
8. Coordinate leadership meetings, UK All Staff meetings, and strategic offsite events.
9. Oversee office operations, including facilities management, compliance requirements, and landlord/vendor coordination.
10. Support workplace safety initiatives, including fire risk assessments and general office compliance.
11. Manage office equipment, supplies, and vendor relationships.
12. Conduct workstation assessments and deliver office induction sessions for new hires.
13. Collaborate with US-based HR to support UK initiatives and deliver local HR-related projects.
14. Oversee administration of employee programs, including tracking, reporting, and communication.
15. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including development days, events, and internal communications.
16. Plan and execute company events, including the annual holiday party and team activities.
17. Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
18. Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
19. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
20. 3+ years of experience in project management, office management, executive support, or a similar role.
21. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
22. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
23. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including data analysis and presentation creation.
24. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
25. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
26. Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain discretion.
27. Experience collaborating with senior leadership and influencing stakeholders.

29. Ability to work effectively with global teams, including US-based colleagues.
