Care and Support worker
* Pembroke We are a dedicated recruitment agency looking for caring and committed care and support workers to join our growing team in Pembroke. Your day-to-day duties may include:
* Personal Care: Support with hygiene, dressing, and toileting.
* Daily Living: Help with cooking, cleaning, and laundry to maintain a safe home.
* Medication: Administer or prompt medication according to care plans.
* Community Access: Accompany clients to activities, appointments, and shopping.
* Relationships: Build trust, offer companionship, and support emotional wellbeing.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate daily notes, incidents, and health records.
Requirements:
* 6 months UK based experience in a care or support role
* A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A valid UK driving licence is an advantage
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
