A leading national recruitment business specialising in Trades & Labour, Construction, Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical, FM & Property sectors is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to support the continued growth of its Southwest operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering a consultative recruitment service within the Construction Trades & Labour market. The Opportunity Working closely with the Managing Director and Delivery Team, you will play a key role in developing and managing existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow accounts across the region. You will be responsible for: Managing and developing key client accounts Building strong commercial relationships across the Southwest Cross-selling and upselling recruitment solutions Attending regular client meetings to discuss upcoming projects and workforce requirements Acting as the main point of contact for client enquiries Working collaboratively with the Delivery Team to ensure SLAs and service standards are achieved Supporting the ongoing growth of the Trades & Labour division About You To be successful in this role, you will have: 3 years’ experience within Construction Trades & Labour recruitment Proven success in business development and account management Experience supplying labour to Main Contractors and Subcontractors Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels A professional, driven and client-focused approach The Package Basic salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Uncapped commission structure Company car or car allowance Flexible benefits package Career progression opportunities within a growing national business The company supplies both blue- and white-collar personnel across a range of specialist sectors, providing flexible workforce solutions for temporary, permanent, planned and emergency requirements.
