They help us deliver a wide range of mental health services to our community, including counselling, Peer Group Network, Peer Support, and Crisis support. Their dedication makes a real difference, and we are committed to supporting them every step of the way.
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Volunteering Coordinator to:
1. Ensure our volunteers feel valued, supported, and inspired.
2. Identify and plan for the organisation's volunteer needs.
3. Lead volunteer recruitment, induction, and retention efforts.
4. Provide guidance, training, and personal development opportunities, with a focus on supporting those with lived experience of mental health.
