Responsibilities
As a busy Hearing Clinic Coordinator you will spend your time helping our NHS and private hearing customers in the store. In addition to some clerical and computer duties, you will help provide a calm, organised front of house service in order to manage customers attending both drop-in hearing aid repair clinics as well as a range of other hearing related appointments we offer. As part of a small team you will help maximise the number of people we can assist in our goal to help more people hear better. You will also have the opportunity, with training, to offer advice on hearing assistive devices.
Development and Training

With a Head Office in Birmingham and a local manufacturing facility, we support over 166 retail branches across England, Scotland and Wales. This is a family owned business, which has maintained a presence in Birmingham since 1938, and we are expanding.
