About the role

Responsibilities
1. Deliver short-term or daily lessons that maintain established classroom routines.
2. Adapt teaching to suit a range of learning styles and communication methods.
3. Foster positive relationships and a supportive atmosphere.
4. Work effectively with support staff to ensure continuity and structure.
We’re looking for:
5. QTS or QTLS (or working towards it).
6. Experience with SEND desirable but not required — enthusiasm and empathy essential.
7. Confidence managing diverse learning environments.
8. A flexible, proactive approach to teaching.
