Role Purpose
* Transaction of receipts of goods from European DC, other supply centres and third-party suppliers.
* Liaison with sales & CS team with relation to customer orders.
* Release of daily picklist routings to warehouse.
* Monitoring & management of eCommerce orders
* Control of orders from release to delivery.
* Management of special requests for delivery.
* Confirmation of completed work.
* Liaison with transport companies to arrange collection & delivery of finished goods.
* Check and monitor stock inventory levels.
* Support the annual stock audit.
* Create & maintain department SOPs.
* Provide H&S admin support.
* Assist with quality audits.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all orders are processed for pick & pack as per OTAC deadlines.
* Check inventory levels to ensure system & physical locations match.
* Manage & monitor urgent watchlist shipments from point to point.
* Liaise with sales & CS team on customer special requests.
* Support office & warehouse with any system or technical difficulties.
* Use SOP template to create new and adjust existing SOPs where required.
* Support H&S functions.
* Ensure daily collection of goods.
Person specification and background
* Professional/Educational/Specialist qualification.
* Strong knowledge of Excel & MS Packages.
* Good knowledge of IT & operating platforms.
* Activity oriented abilities
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
* Experience of using ERP systems, including order entry and stock management systems
* Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communicator, influencer
