We are seeking a friendly and proactive Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Administrator. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, some knowledge of EHS, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain data repositories related to activities such as workstation ergonomics assessments, telecommuting, manual handling, driving on business, equipment use register, first aiders, fire wardens, PPE, chemical risk assessments, task risk assessments, Net Zero/Go Green initiatives, and incident management system.
2. Manage and file documentation related to the EHS Management System.
3. Coordinate all EHS-related training, including booking and updating the training matrix.
4. Facilitate EHS meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
5. Amend approved risk assessments as needed.
6. Support ISO certification processes and internal audits.
7. Assist the EHS Advisor and UK Manager with administrative tasks.
Overall Duties and Tasks
1. Assist in producing metrics and materials for executive presentations.
2. Support team members during their absence.
3. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Develop, update, and implement working processes.
5. Perform activities supporting departmental objectives.
6. Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
7. Maintain attention to detail and effective time management.
8. Work independently and collaboratively, adapting to changing priorities.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (intermediate to advanced).

8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
This role is based onsite at Havant, four days per week.
