Astute's Nuclear Team is partnering with an international design consultancy, who are looking to recruit a Principal Geotechnical Engineer for their office based in central Birmingham.

Responsibilities
* Perform Geotechnical design tasks to a high level
* Manage your workload as well as help support more junior engineers with their workload
* Be involved in forecasting and budgeting as well as resourcing
* Assist in liaising with clients and building out relationships
* Attend site visits as and when is required
Professional qualifications
* 8 - 10 years' experience as a Geotechnical Design Engineer
* Must hold Chartership within Civil Engineering
* Strong understanding of the contractual side of engineering
* Full right to live and work in the UK
* Experienced with Finite Element Analysis
