Executive Assistant to Directors
The role of Executive Assistant is a newly created position that will primarily focus on providing proactive, effective and efficient administrative support to the Senior Management Team (SLT), enabling them to function and lead effectively in an organised way. Act as a gateway to the SLT; at times, screening and responding to routine queries on their behalf, allowing the SLT to focus on higher level tasks and decision making.
Core duties will include:
* Coordinate internal and external meeting/calendars for all SLT
* Handle confidential/sensitive documents, queries, emails, correspondence, approaches
* Arrange, attend and minute variety of internal / external meetings
* Produce high quality written communication
* Prioritise workloads and communicate expectations on timelines
* Use a suite of MSF packages – PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
Essential skills and attributes
Candidates must have a demonstrable track record of providing Executive level assistance and support for a
group
of senior leaders.
