A forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in Doncaster, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher to join our team on a full time, long-term supply basis from September.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Planning and delivering engaging lessons in French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4, ensuring all students are challenged and supported.
Monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on the progress, development and attainment of students in line with school policy.
Creating a positive learning environment that promotes student progress and celebrates achievement.
Differentiating instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with SEND and EAL requirements.
Maintaining excellent classroom management and upholding school behaviour policies.
Communicating effectively with parents, carers, and other staff members regarding student progress and well-being.
Supporting school-wide events and initiatives related to the MFL department and whole-school curriculum.
Fostering a passion for languages, culture, and global awareness among students.
Person Specification
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching MFL in UK secondary schools.
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching French and Spanish.
Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new school environments and build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
