Salary: £29,000 – £30,000 Basic
OTE: £38,000 (Performance-linked bonus)
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00 – 18:00
Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00 (1-in-3 rota, paid as overtime)

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our busy aftersales team. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Guiding customers seamlessly from their initial booking through to vehicle collection.
* Translating technical repair work and maintenance needs into clear, simple terms for vehicle owners.
* Identifying opportunities to upsell tailored products and services, such as service plans and accessories.
* Liaising closely with the workshop technicians to ensure jobs are completed on schedule.
* Driving high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results through proactive communication.
