We’re Hiring: Security Officer
Location: Samlesbury
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week – 4 on 4 off – Night‑Shift (Overtime available)
Grade: Site Based

Responsibilities
* Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity.
* Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed searches following company policy.
* Detailed Record‑Keeping: Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations.
* Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and various external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses.
* Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications
* A valid SIA licence.
* Physically fit for patrolling of site.
* Customer service essential.
* Gatehouse experience essential.
* The right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history.
* Strong communication skills in English – written and spoken.
