Cover Supervisor SEMH Setting (Long-Term Supply)
Location: Derby & surrounding areas
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am3.30pm
Additional: One after-school meeting per week until 4.30pm
Contract: Long-term supply

We are looking for a confident, calm and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join a specialist SEMH provision supporting pupils in small, focused groups. This long-term role is ideal for someone who thrives on building positive relationships, maintaining consistency and creating a safe, structured learning environment for young people who need it most.
?? What Youll Be Doing
* Supervising small groups of pupils in the absence of the class teacher
* Delivering pre-planned work and maintaining a purposeful learning atmosphere
* Using positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
* Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils
* Supporting emotional regulation and engagement throughout the day
* Working closely with teaching staff and support teams
* Attending one weekly after-school meeting until 4.30pm
