Blue Arrow is a leading employment and staffing agency in the UK, renowned for its comprehensive recruitment solutions. We are seeking a Customer Support Agent to work at a prestigious client in Ashby on a 3 month contract. Our client is a leading global provider of specialized visualization, sales, manufacturing and content software and solutions for the retail, design and manufacturing industries.
Location: Ashby De La Zouch - Hybrid role
Pay rate: £14.50 - £17.00 per hour dependent on experience
Shifts available: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:00
Immediate start after successful interview process
What your working day will look like:
- Offer comprehensive support via phone, email and remote access to customers
- Provide technical support (hardware and IT/Server/Network related) to customers
- Work on the support task list in Zendesk;
- Define, report and follow up on issues, and document solutions in Zendesk to keep track of history and statistics;
- Report news or issues in team meetings or to the Team Leader;
- Report product errors in internal tools in English;
- Participate in team meetings and share knowledge and information.
What you need to have:
- Ongoing or complete bachelor's degree in IT or related fields preferably
- Experience within a customer service role
- Experience with remote support tools
- Experience with CRM or ticket systems preferably
- Must be fluent in English and German
- Able to work flexible hours. (The role will initially be Monday - Friday but may extend Weekends later in the year)
- Experience with databases (Preferably with SQL).
