Salary Band: Band 1 (£22.5k - £25k)
Department: Motion & Graphics
Reports to: Design Team Lead/Senior Designer
Job Overview:
Junior Designers work collaboratively with our Senior Designers to create visually stunning graphics and motion assets that effectively communicate our clients' brand messages. This means proactively engaging with all work flowing through the department and completing tasks allocated to you, on time and to the highest standard. It’s a chance for you to learn, develop, and work with your manager and mentors to smash your accountabilities. Whether you manage to do this faster than 12 months or bang on the 12, the end goal is to promote you to Band 2 and shed the 'Junior' title.
Important: You must drive and be within a 45 minute commute of BB12 as the role is hybrid 2:3 with Mondays and Thursdays in the studio.
