The successful individual will be a passionate Lunn's brand ambassador and play a key role in leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team. This will be underpinned by a commercial and competitive edge in driving the store's key performance indicators KPI's, whilst continually delivering operational excellence. Key Activities: Act as a Lunn's ambassador, representing the brand in-store and with partners. Maintain high operational standards and ensure store objectives are achieved. Drive key performance areas - sales, operations, team culture, and client satisfaction. Understand store KPIs and your role in achieving overall business targets. Lead effective daily briefs to align team focus and performance. Oversee stock security, compliance, and visual presentation of the store. Support the Store Manager with all commercial operations, stock, and cash control. Analyse store performance, KPIs, and trends, providing insights to management. Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance store operations. Support all aspects of people management - recruitment, performance, and development. Conduct 1:1s, reviews, and create action plans for underperformance or growth. Foster a motivated, high-performing, and professional team culture. Ensure consistently exceptional client service and handle complaints effectively. Use feedback, mystery shop results, and CRM tools to improve client experience and loyalty. Maintain strong competitor awareness and inspire the team to exceed client expectations. Essential Criteria: Minimum 3 years' experience in a sales role, including monitoring sales against target. Minimum 1 years' experience in a Senior Sales/Supervisory role.
