Site Supervisor : Highways Construction
a leading civil engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team on a major highway construction project. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a project that will enhance the regions transportation network and contribute to its economic development.
What Youll Do:
* Lead and supervise a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction activities on the highway project.
* Maintain high standards of quality and productivity, adhering to project specifications, drawings, and all relevant regulations.
* Oversee a variety of construction tasks, including earthworks, drainage, surfacing, and utility installation.
* Coordinate with project management, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
* Champion safety on the project, actively promoting a culture of awareness and ensuring the highest safety standards are consistently met.
* Contribute to the successful completion of the project, meeting deadlines and achieving the highest quality standards.
What We Need:

* Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on earthworks highway projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant health and safety standards.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing a team and collaborating with stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem:solving, with a commitment to achieving project goals on time and within budget.
* A strong commitment to safety, with a proven ability to implement and uphold the highest safety standards.
