We are recruiting on behalf of an independent, award-winning restaurant for a Commis Chef, or Demi Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team based in Harpenden.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and driven chef looking to develop within a professional kitchen focused on quality, seasonal British produce.
The Role
* Supporting day-to-day kitchen operations
* Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
* Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
The Ideal Candidate
* Confident knife skills and strong kitchen fundamentals
* Previous experience in a Michelin-starred or Rosette-awarded kitchen
* Passionate about cooking and eager to learn
* Reliable, positive, and able to work well within a team
* Minimum 2 years kitchen experience

* Salary: £28,000£32,500 per year
* Hours: Wednesday eveningSunday lunch (Monday & Tuesday off)
