Portfolio Payroll is collaborating with a well-established healthcare business based in Sale (M33) to recruit a Part-time Payroll Admin on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all staff.
2. Accurately calculate salaries, including overtime, deductions, and statutory payments.
3. Maintain up-to-date and compliant payroll records in line with current legislation.
4. Support the finance team with payroll-related data and reporting needs.
5. Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related queries from employees.
6. Contribute to year-end tasks including issuing P60s and preparing P11Ds.
7. Work closely with HR to ensure accurate and consistent employee information is reflected in payroll.
8. Develop a desire to learn and understand our time scheduling software.
Desirable skills and attributes:
* Previous experience in client payroll (Bureau/Practice).
* Proficient using Excel and Sage Payroll.
* Good eye for detail, and ability to work with precision.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively.
