The Jaq. Group is a fast-moving company which has experienced considerable growth over the last year and is currently comprised of 4 brands, with two more launching later this year. We are looking for a CRM manager who is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-moving and rapidly growing team.
Working closely with the CMO and Head of Strategy, you will take responsibility for managing the CRM strategy across our brands, creating innovative CRM campaigns and customer journeys that build customer loyalty and enhance CLTV. You will help us mould the department and work with our design and copywriting teams to deliver the highest possible quality work.
Key Tasks include but are not limited to:
* Work closely with the CMO and Head of Strategy to develop an overarching CRM strategy to enhance the customer lifetime value.
* Set and direct campaign strategy across different database segments to maximise the effectiveness of sends across all channels.
* Implement, track and optimise effective flow setups across all brands.
* Work with like-minded individuals working towards a wider goal of CRM success.
* Be responsible for the tracking and execution of the project board for each brand.
Essential Skills:
* 2+ years of DTC E-commerce experience
* Proven track record of managing and executing CRM strategies for a DTC E-commerce brand, agency or group (or within a vertical with heavily transferable learnings)
* 2+ years working with Klaviyo and SMS marketing platforms.
* Expertise in a range of digital marketing channels and growth hacking techniques.
* Ability to build and lead high-performing teams and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
* Proficient in marketing automation software, content management platforms, Shopify, attribution modeling, Google Analytics and website/landing page conversion rate optimisation.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Monitor and maintain accounts using software such as Klaviyo, Postscript, Tapcart, KnoCommerce and Social Snowball.
