The opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to assess the suitability and quality of advice provided by 2plan financial advisers. This role will cover a broad range of product areas, including investments, pensions, protection, mortgages and general insurance.
You will play a key part in ensuring that all advice meets regulatory standards and delivers good customer outcomes. By identifying potential errors or areas for improvement, you will help uphold the integrity of our advice process and support continuous development across the adviser network.

* Salary - up to £42,000
* Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 7.5%

Key Accountabilities:
* Assessing new business submissions in accordance with the 2plan business standards
* Providing appropriate feedback to individual advisers
* Demonstrating and applying understanding of internal Business Standards
* Proactively identifying trends and feeding continuous improvement
* Identifying and building relationships with key contacts (both internally and externally) and providing advice and guidance as required
* Lead Calibration within the team to ensure that Areas of development are addressed
* Promotion of team work within the Business Assessment Team
* Training and sign off of new staff across the relevant core product areas through coaching and feedback
* Support the delivery and development of team performance and workstream trendreporting
* Delegation of Management Duties
What will you need to succeed?
Qualifications/ Experience:
* Qualified industry qualifications such as level 4 diploma and level 3 mortgage qualification.
* Ideally at least 2 years' experience within a financial services organisation
* Qualified industry qualifications such as level 4 diploma and level 3 mortgage qualification.
* Would be expected to pass the relevant 2plan internal staff tests and the Anti Money Laundering test.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of the following areas is essential
* COBS, ICOB and MCOB product and sales process
* TCF
* Data Protection
* FCA and regulatory requirements
* Anti Money Laundering
