The Role
As Sous Chef in our kitchen, following Head Chef's specifications and guidelines. You will employ the culinary and managerial skills, to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing both the kitchen team and overall customer satisfaction.

· Broad understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
· Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
· Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
· Familiar with industry's best practices
· Outstanding communication skills
· Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimised kitchen processes
· Innovation around recipe development and delivery of dishes
· Oversee junior chefs and where applicable other staff members as necessary
· Carry out administrative duties to maintain an efficient workspace
Attributes
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
· Experience in a 3 Rosette or Michelin Star restaurant
· Sous Chef Experience
· Innovation and creativity
· A high level of practical and technical pastry knowledge
· Excellent attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
