We are recruiting for Production Operatives
About the role
We are looking for individuals who are driven, reliable, flexible across shift patterns and committed to perform a designated role within the production department ensuring they contribute to the efficient, effective, and safe running of their area/line in order to fulfil the needs of the business.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience working in a window and door manufacturing
* Have a safety-first mentality and follow health and safety guideline
* Willingness to learn new skills and cross train
* Reliability, being able to show an excellent timekeeping and attendance record
* Have attention to detail
* Heavy lifting and moving of stock are an important and necessary requirement of the role.
* Driving Licence and FLT Licence would be taken into consideration
* Monday to Friday, no weekends
* Company Pension
* 20 days holiday + statutory holidays
* You will be trained in one area and then be trained to multi-skill in other areas of the business.

We are proud to be one of the largest and longest established manufacturers to the trade of PVC-U Windows, Doors, Tilt & Turns, Patio Doors, Porches, and Conservatories in the UK. We also, manufacture Quality Double Glazed Sealed Units, Door Panels and toughen our own glass.
Future Products manufactures Composite Doors using the latest CNC equipment and using the latest Glass Designs, all of which are made in house. We constantly strive to maintain and improve upon the quality and performance of our products and still offer value for money.
All products are manufactured from Future’s own factory which is close to Junction 29 off the M1 using the latest production technology.
