About the Role
TheMarket & Performance Insights Managerplays a key role in enabling OneVinarchyby delivering clear, actionable market and performance insight across the EMEA region.
Reporting to theHead of Category and Insights, this role brings together market, brand,channeland marketing performance data to support insight-led decision making. This role hasno direct reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Track category,competitorand portfolio performance across key EMEA markets,identifyingrisks and growth opportunities
* Deliver marketing,campaignand media performance insight, including ROI and effectiveness evaluation
* Analyse brand and portfolio performance drivers, including rate of sale,penetrationand pricing dynamics
* Provide channel and commercial insight to support Revenue Growth Management and customer planning
* Own the relationship with continuous data agencies (e.g. Nielsen), ensuring high-quality, actionable outputs
* Improve clarity, consistency and accessibility of performance reporting and dashboards
Experience / Capability
* 36+ years experience in analytics, categorymanagementor continuous data agency environments
* Expert-level experience working with market performance data (e.g. Nielsen,Circana)
* Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to translate insight into clear recommendations
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capability; Power BI or other visualisation toolsadvantageous
* Experience managing research or data agency partners
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics,Psychologyor a related discipline
