Description
As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for:
* Monitor and manage outstanding customer accounts.
* Chase overdue invoices via phone, email, and written communication.
* Allocate incoming payments accurately to customer accounts.
* Set and review credit limits based on company policies.
* Perform credit checks on new and existing customers.
* Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements.
* Resolve billing disputes and escalate issues when necessary.
* Prepare regular reports on aged debt and collections performance.
* Liaise with sales and finance teams to ensure smooth credit control processes.
* Support month-end closing by providing debtor information and updates.
