Knowledge of Oracle technology and its support for best-in-class operating models in various industries. Experience with related technologies commonly implemented with Oracle solutions, including major cloud platforms (IaaS & PaaS), Identity and Access Management, and automation solutions. Demonstrates knowledge in architecture frameworks, system design, integration, and data management. Understanding of operational needs and ability to articulate best practices for enterprise operating models. Proven contribution to clients business strategies, identifying optimal combinations of business and technology solutions. Ability to support clients in their digital transformations for ERP solutions. Strong relationship-building skills among teams, senior leadership, and alliance partners. Capability to mentor and develop junior digital architects through formal management and informal coaching. Must be cleared or eligible for UK Security Clearance. Experience architecting solutions across multiple operating model domains (e.g., Financial Management, Workforce Management). Awareness of sustainability optimization within operating models and experience with I4.0 technologies. Desirable certifications in Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Project Management, and general architecture skills such as TOGAF. Responsibilities: Support the development of large clients ERP target architectures and roadmaps. Create domain architectures as part of the wider enterprise transformation roadmap. Lead/contribute to business development activities including proposals, RFPs, and client pitches. Participate in internal contributions such as campaign development and practice development initiatives. Engage in learning and development activities to support career growth and skills enhancement. Collaborate with over 1000 architects within Capgemini UKs community. Work closely with Capgemini Invents Strategy, Digital Factory, and Cloud practitioners. Contribute to the advancement of assets and vendor relationships in global ERP communities. Play a pivotal role in realizing clients business outcomes and driving digital transformation.
