Fresh Air Production is a leading podcast production company based in London. We create long‑format video podcasts and short‑form social content for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Produce long‑form video podcasts from pre‑production to final edit.
* Create engaging short‑form clips optimized for social channels.
* Work with producers in studio to deliver visually‑stunning storytelling.
* Manage digital media library, synch footage, create proxies and maintain tidy folder structure.
* Use clients’ brand assets to produce graphics such as lower thirds, titles, and thumbnails.
* Lead studio recordings and coordinate with clients and collaborators.
* Communicate progress to stakeholders, take constructive feedback and adapt vision.
* Manage time and multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Stay up to date with YouTube trends, video codecs, and best practices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience filming, producing, and editing video content with Adobe Premiere Pro.
* Experience with audio editing and sound design using Adobe Audition (podcast experience a plus).
* Strong understanding of video codecs, colour correction (LUTs), and motion design basics (After Effects).
* Knowledge of exposure settings, audio sync standards, frame rates, and timecode.
* Ability to design thumbnails that perform well on YouTube.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
* Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams.
* Independent worker who can manage own time and deliver high‑quality work.
* Team spirit and good sense of humour.
Package
* Annual salary £48,379.
* Full‑time (probation 3 months).

Location
15 Tileyard Road, London, with hybrid working—at least one day per week in office.
Hours
Flexible hours. Video Producer will be available during the working week but may need occasional longer days or evenings for networking events or deadlines.
Personal Development
Training and support will be provided to keep up with industry developments and improve your podcasting skills.
