Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic law firm, based in Walsall, which is seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality litigation services to clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the expansion of our department. Role: Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor Location: Walsall – hybrid working Salary: Competitive (will discuss at application) Key Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor role: Deal with a broad range of commercial litigation matters from start to completion. This will include but is not limited to complex shareholder/director/partnership disputes; Injunctive relief and contractual claims. Handle commercial disputes between shareholders and directors or professional negligence. Provide team support and mentoring when required. Required Skills: A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 10 years of PQE in Commercial Litigation law. Have demonstrable experience of handling commercial disputes between shareholders and directors or professional negligence. Broad knowledge of litigation more generally.
