I am currently recruiting for my client is Brighton for a fabric technician/Caretaker for a University Halls of Residence. You will have a proven background in maintenance and be able to pass an enhanced DBS check.
Sector: Education
Duties will include ppm's such as temp tap test's, tmv temp test, checks on shower heads, walk rounds, as well as fixing cupboard doors, blockages, changing toilet furniture, small painting projects and general day to day maintenance jobs.
£16.50p/h based on Monday to Friday 7-4 or 8-5.
