You will have excellent communication skills, experience of working in a customer focussed environment, have at least 2 years of Business Rates, Council Tax or Benefits experience. In addition, you should have a professional diplomatic approach in working with people from all backgrounds. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities (Please see Job Description and Person Specification for more details): Working as part of a team responsible for Council Tax, Benefits or Business Rates Process correspondence and enquiries in an efficient manner. Organise and prioritise your own workload. Provide prompt assistance and support to Customers Access. Keep up to date on legislation and changes to Regulations for Revenues What You’ll Need (Please see Job Description and Person Specification for more details): 2 years’ experience of working within either a Council Tax, Business Rates or Housing Benefits service. Good Communication skills. Experience of working with IT software packages. The ability to work in a pressurised environment with deadlines and targets.
