Requirements:
1. QTS or a degree qualification in teaching (PGCE or equivalent)
2. Strong knowledge of the subject curriculum

4. Excellent relationships with students
Responsibilities:
5. Design and develop comprehensive and engaging business studies curriculum that aligns with the school's standards and objectives.
6. Deliver high-quality lessons to students, utilising innovative teaching methods to ensure active student participation and understanding of complex business concepts.
7. Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of business studies and education. Participate in workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
8. Maintain a well-organised and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning. Manage student behaviour effectively, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
