We're recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join an exciting and growing product-based business in Kettering. The Role
You'll play a key role supporting the sales team and customers day to day, ensuring orders are processed accurately, enquiries are handled professionally, and information is kept up to date across systems and customer portals.
This is a varied position where organisation, attention to detail, and confidence communicating with people really matter.
What You'll Be Doing
Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email (B2B & B2C)
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Supporting Sales Representatives and Agents with administration
Managing shared inboxes and maintaining accurate records
Resolving customer queries professionally and promptly
Updating customer portals with stock availability and product information
Supporting the wider team when needed
